Trap: A Serial Killer Is Backed Into A Corner In The New Trailer

Warner Bros. has released a new trailer, poster, and 5 new images from M. Night Shyamalan's new film, Trap. It will be released on August 2nd.

Article Summary

  • Warner Bros. debuts a gripping new 'Trap' trailer, teasing a sinister plot.
  • Josh Hartnett stars in M. Night Shyamalan's latest twist-filled thriller.
  • Exclusive new poster and five fresh images offer a peek into 'Trap'.
  • Set for an August 2024 release, 'Trap' promises Shyamalan's signature surprises.

The Shyamalan family is off to a bit of a rough start with its two-movie hitters this summer. The Watchers failed to impress critics and those at the box office as well, but now M. Night Shyamalan is taking a crack at getting a box office winner in August. Trap sounds like a pretty neat little premise, and it's something with Shyamalan being someone known for his twist endings; you have to figure that the fact that Josh Hartnett's dad is a serial killer is not the twist of this film. The new trailer released today did show off some more footage, but if there is another twist in this film, so far, the marketing hasn't given us a clue what it could be, and that's a good thing. We also got a new poster and five new images as well.
