Lady Death: Apocalypse #5 In Shops This Week From Boundless
This is kind of an odd article for me. I remember going to a comic shop in Brea, CA one weekend because they had a signing for a new book called Evil Ernie. I met Brian Pulido and Steven Hughes that day and watched as they took a very different approach to comics, one that gained quickly in popularity. I got to see the character of Lady Death go from the printed page to being a comic icon.
Now, 23 years after seeing the character for the first time, I'm writing an article talking about this week's release of Lady Death: Apocalypse #5 from Boundless Comics… and I wrote the issue.
