Penny Arcade's PAX Unplugged 2019 Tickets Are Now Available
Penny Arcade has announced that tickets for their upcoming PAX Unplugged in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania have gone on sale starting today. The tabletop-focused convention has been slated to run from December 6th-8th at the Pennsylvania Convention Center and will be the 50th PAX event for the company. Right now the prices currently have Three-Day Badges for $70, Single-Day admission for $35, and a special $10 Sunday-only kids badges available for children ages 12 and younger. It's a little surprising to see tickets for the December event go on sale in May, especially since the company hasn't put their biggest convention, PAX West, on sale yet or even hinted at prices for it. Here's a little more info from the company on the event.
Exclusive merchandise can also be purchased starting today. These items include a PAX Unplugged scarf ($25), a PAX Unplugged zip bag ($15), and a PAX Unplugged stationary set ($55) featuring a pen cup, stapler, tape dispenser, tray, and three black ink pens. The goods will ship out to attendees ahead of the show. Only limited quantities will be available for sale on site.
PAX Unplugged welcomes tens of thousands of analog gaming enthusiasts to Philadelphia each autumn for a three-day celebration of board games, pen-and-paper RPGs, card games, and more. A familiar experience to its digital counterparts that have entertained millions of attendees over more than a decade, PAX Unplugged hosts hundreds of exhibitors showcasing new and unreleased games, vendors selling wonderful tabletop products, and a massive freeplay area on its show floor. There is also a full schedule of panels and events featuring the industry's biggest names, concerts, and other attractions running late into the night.
