Brian Lynch & Nick Roche's Monster Motors Roars Into TPB This Week
Remember when I did that awesome interview with Brian Lynch and Nick Roche about Monster Motors? Well, now it's time for some exciting Monster Motors news. The epic two part story, which is put out by IDW Publishing is being collected into a trade paperback this week! Written by Lynch, with art by Roche, Monster Motors follows the story of genius mechanic, Vic Frankenstein. The once-quiet town of Transylvania, Kentucky is under attack from Cadillacula, and it's up to Vic to come up with a solution.
When asked about the comic, Brian Lynch said:
Monster Motors is it's own beast. It's all-ages, but it's also a little scary, and really funny, and has some epic action. It's like the summer movies they used to make in the 80s, that kids would love AND be a little freaked out by. Your Goonies and Gremlins and Ghostbusters.
Hands down, it is a highly entertaining comic. The best part is, the collected paperback will feature a new short story and some cool character profiles. You can check out the fantastic cover below to hold you over until you can grab your copy.
