Get Your First Look At Gamora From Nicole Perlman and Marco Checchetto

It was first announced more than two years ago, after the release of Guardians of the Galaxy, two or three Marvel reboots ago. At this point, it was a race between which would be released first: the comic, or the Guardians sequel. Finally, Gamora, from GotG screenwriter Nicole Perlman and artist Marco Checchetto, is solicited for December and, if all goes well, will really, actually, for realz for realz be released to comic shops on December 21! Now, thanks to a tweet from Marvel Senior Communications Manager Joe Taraborelli, you can get your first look at Gamora #1!

Was it worth the wait? And more importantly, will retailers support a book with a green female lead? We hope so – because this looks awesome.
