When Rich mentioned this the other day, about the DC Comics April cover surprise, I had a hunch it might be Superman-related, because April is the 75th anniversary of the actual release date (not the cover date) of Action Comics #1. But if that's so, it's certainly not yet clear from these cover images for DC Comics April releases (partial, mind you) cover images. So… hmm.

DC Wins Big Against Estate Of Jerry Siegel Over Ownership Of Superman
The US Appeal courts have ruled in favour of Warner Bros and DC Entertainment in the dispute with the heirs of Jerry Siegel over the rights and ownership to Superman and enforces the 2001 contract between Sigel's estate and DC Comics.
