The Comic Book Celebrity Book ClubToday's Orbital Comics podcast features a long interview with the Mike and Laura Allred after their signing this past weekend at the store. And in a long meandering, engaging chat about their lives and work, they reveal one big secret of the industry, their comic book celebrity book club.

Mike Allred, Laura Allred, Craig Thompson, Matt Wagner, Jamie Rich, Joelle Jones, Shannon Wheeler and Shannon T Stewart are all apparently members. And they are currently reading Carter Beats The Devil.

It's not all comers, people do have to be voted in… and Matt Wagner found his way in through his gastronomic skills!
