Rick Remender Reveals Plans to Dominate Deluxe Hardcover Market

Superstar comic book writer Rick Remender revealed a new phase in his secret plan to conquer the market for deluxe hardcover collections with his Giant Generator studio. According to a press release from Image, Remender and Matteo Scalera's Black Science Premiere Remastered Volume 1 hardcover will kick off what looks to be a continuous bombardment of the comics market with deluxe hardcover editions of comics written by Rememender.

"Giant Generator is a studio specializing in the development of unique and top flight comic books co-created with passion in partnership with the best artists in the world," Remender said in the press release, presumably while wearing a military uniform and pushing tokens representing his deluxe hardcover editions around a map representing global book store and comics market. "The continued sell outs of our line of oversized hardcovers is a testament to the love each art team has dumped into their work, work that deserves to be printed in this prestige format to be enjoyed by fans of true craft who want to support creators' endeavors to develop their own original ideas."

A press release gives details on Black Science Remastered, plus upcoming deluxe hardcovers of Remender and Greg Tocchini 's Low as well as Remender and Sean Gordon Murphy's Tokyo Ghost.

Back by popular demand, the remastered edition of BLACK SCIENCE collects the first three story arcs of the seminal pulp sci-fi smash hit by Remender and Scalera and kicks it into overdrive. Crammed with even more sketches, concept art, and never-before-seen material, this 8"x12" hardcover is the essential Dimensionaut's companion to the Eververse.
