Warning – Doomsday Clock #1 Press Embargoes Lift In Five Hours
Review copies of Doomsday Clock #1 by Geoff Johns and Gary Frank published by DC Comics were sent to press earlier this week. Some with pancake mix, some without. Reviews have been embargoed until Sunday night at 11:57 p.m. PT or Monday morning at 2:57 a.m. PT or 7:57 a.m. GMT.
Now, these are just for spoiler-free reviews with specific revelations regarding any new characters and regarding the character of Rorschach being specifically postponed until Wednesday 6 a.m. PT or 9 a.m. ET or 2 p.m. GMT — or fourteen hours after it is released in British stores participating in the almost-midnight release of the comic in question.
Bleeding Cool won't have such reviews tonight, but we may learn more about the comic in question in the next few days. Any commentary or observations — such as this one — will be fully labelled with spoiler warnings to prevent anyone learning anything they may not wish to. But not every website will be as discerning. So maybe, as or 11:57 PT tonight, you might want to watch out on your social media for anything or anyone that may give the game away.
Here's a look at those first six pages again though, annotated.
