What To Wear For DC's Convergence

Well, we know Blue Beetle is coming back in Convergence. And, courtesy of Futures End, that Booster Gold will no doubt be involved. So why not get the T-shirts to match, courtesy of ThinkGeek?

What a lovely story: Booster Gold traveled back in time. His main goal was to exploit his knowledge of the future to make a lot of cash. And instead, he found a best friend in Blue Beetle. Awww. This is a shirt version of Booster Gold's suit. It doesn't have all the microcircuitry that Booster Gold's real suit has. Nor does it come with Skeets. But pair it with a Legion Flight Ring and a friend wearing the Exclusive Classic Blue Beetle shirt, and you'll be feeling all sorts of Blue and Gold.

The story of Ted Kord as Blue Beetle is sort of similar to The Greatest American Hero. Both were given things with tremendous power that they couldn't figure out how to use. Except one was a poor, skinny school teacher, and the other was a martial artist/genius with tons of cash. And had a shiny Gold Friend. And was teammates with Batman and Superman and Wonder Woman. Ok, so not that similar at all.
