Wonder Woman 77 Lassoes Advance Reorders
Greetings from the coal face of the direct comics market. Where retailers try to increase their orders of certain comics ahead of sale. Where supply and demand and most accurately reflected, where you can see which books are hot, where new orders are coming in and how retailers are reacting to new, unanticipated desire!
Advance reorders has often been a Marvel game, on occasion blocking out the whole chart. This week, DC performs rather better. Knocking out the second prints, they take the top three advance reorders for upcoming comics, with Wonder Woman '77 showing a massive upswing alongside the more expected Convergence and Batman.
Star Wars titles perform strongly as they have all year, with Avengers and Fantastic Four leading to Secret Wars also doing well, and both Silk and Red One showing strong performance for their first issue, and the increased advance reorders
