A Law Firm is Apparently Looking Into Complaints Over Fallout 76
Well, that's a new one. A law firm took to Reddit this week to announce to Fallout 76 players they're looking into filing a class action lawsuit against Bethesda Softworks. The law firm of Migliaccio & Rathod LLP went on Reddit yesterday, looking for people who were essentially angry about their experience with the game, to gather info for a lawsuit that would revolve around shady business practices. Specifically, they were looking for those who bought the game, tried to get a refund, and were denied.
The post has since been deleted, but it does make you wonder how many people out there are truly that angry at Bethesda Softworks right now that a DC law firm was actually interested in taking up the case without a primary client. The server crashes, the 56GB "bug fix" download, the company giving in-game currency as compensation… You kinda have to wonder if it's going to get worse before it gets better. Before the post was deleted, the firm reported that they received such an overwhelming response, it crashed their website.
