"League Of Legends" Season 10 Kicks Off January 10th
Riot Games let players and fans of League Of Legends know that the 10th season will kick off this week, starting on January 10th. The company made the announcement on Twitter earlier today, showing off a couple pieces of art, including the one you see here. The past month of the game has seen the devs experimenting with a few different resources and new mechanics, as they were meandering through the preseason. Like previous seasons, Ranked games will reset at the start, but it won't be a hard reset.
Ranks will be used to calculate their performance over their placement matches, as well as calculating their performance during the preseason. But players will have to go through a set of placement matches to determine where they'll land in Season 10. Patch 10.1 will go live in League Of Legends on January 8th, prepping the game for the launch. And with it will, of course, come all the add-ons and skins and other bells and whistles players have come to expect with patches. Best of luck to all players headed into the season and getting a better placement than you had before.
