The Art of Assassin's Creed Valhalla Will Release Holiday 2020

Coming this holiday 2020, The Art of Assassin's Creed Valhalla from Dark Horse will be hitting shelves at your local comic book shop and bookstores nationwide. The official art book for the latest installment in the popular Assassin's Creed series gives players a look into the Viking experience set in an open, beautiful world, which is also staged against the brutality of England's Dark Ages.

This stunning, oversized hardcover art book invites readers on an educational visual journey through the immersive art found in Assassin's Creed Valhalla — in which the player plays as a Viking. In almost 200 pages, readers will get to see concept art, visual development of the many environments, people, and weapons, production material, as well as creator commentary. Dark Horse is also releasing a limited edition Deluxe Edition, which will include a decorative slipcase as well as a lithograph art print.

Both editions will be released in conjunction with the game, giving players plenty of new Assassin's Creed goods to keep them going through the holidays. The Standard Edition will retail for $39.99, while the Deluxe will retail for $79.99. You can pre-order your copy today from your local comic book shop, Amazon, or Barnes and Noble.

Assassin's Creed Valhalla will be released by Ubisoft this holiday season on the Xbox Series X, Xbox One, Playstation 5, Playstation 4, Stadia, and PC. Players will become the mighty Viking raider Eivor as he leads his clan from the harsh lands of Norway to the bountiful greens of England. Players will enjoy raids, combat, and Viking rap battles. I for one look forward to the Viking rap battles. I never knew I needed that in a video game until today. Fans can pre-order the game via the Ubisoft website.
