The Ghostbusters Board Game II Kickstarter Triples Its Initial Goal

The Ghostbusters Board Game II Kickstarter has come to an end, and they have not only met their goal, they've tripled it! The stand-alone expansion game has been funded by 4,385 people pledging over $767,000 in order to bring the cooperative ghost-busting tabletop game to market.

Ghostbusters: The Board Game II's successful crowdfunding campaign received copious support from fans, who rallied together to unlock a variety of additional stretch goals, including:

-Lady Liberty 100mm vehicle

-Brain Matter, Soar Throat, The Grundel, X-Cop, and Bug Eye enemy ghost figures

-Grabber Ghost, unlocked by fans through a ten-part social media campaign

-The Extreme Ghostbusters Team, from the cartoons

-Roylance Guide card box

This officially licensed Ghostbusters game will begin shipping to backers across North America, Australia, New Zealand, UK and EU in May 2017.
