According To Goofy Voice Actor, Kingdom Hearts 3 Is Coming In 2015
There is a general consensus that we are pretty far off of Kingdom Heart 3's release. I was in the room when the game was announced at E3 2013, but we've heard so little since then, it's hard to imagine it is coming any time soon. That's not even mentioning that there have been key people moving around the development team.
That may not be the case though. Bill Farmer, who voices Goofy in many mediums, seems to be pretty sure that we are getting the game this year. In a series of tweets to fans, he confirmed that, as far as he is aware, he has completed the voice recording for Kingdom Hearts 3.
@ShaunC__ @AlienCows As far as I can tell.

He also called out 2015 in particular to another fan in another tweet:
@AlienCows It's coming out sometime this year!

This would put the game way ahead of fan guestimates, who thought they were getting ready for a long haul, possibly into 2017.
It's possible Farmer is getting his wires crossed and is talking about one of the Kingdom Hearts re-releases, but he seems pretty sure what game he is talking about.
@supersaiyan4399 yes.

Square Enix on the other hand have now jumped in with their take saying that there is still no release date, but it's hard to tell if this is truthful or just PR control:
There was a Goof! The release date for @KINGDOMHEARTS III remains unannounced.

I don't quite know how to gauge this honestly. I really did think we were some time off of Kingdom Hearts 3, but I also don't think Farmer is incapable of keeping track of the projects he does. Perhaps Square Enix have just been very quiet and will drop a trailer for the game at E3 that says it is out in a few months. I'd proceed with some caution before taking this at face value, but maybe just keep a shimmer of hope alive.
