Deadpool 2 Gets Two More Directors For The Running
Yesterday I talked about how David Leitch was supposedly the front runner to direct Deadpool 2, but that there were other directos in the mix.
Well, seems like who know who the others in the mix are. Deadline are reporting the Cabin in the Woods director, as well as Daredevil and The Martian writer, Drew Goddard has pitched for the film. It is also said the Luke Cage and Agents of Shield director Magnus Martens has done the same.
While Leitch would bring an action pedigree to the film, Goddard and Martens would bring genre and superhero clout. Considering it is thought that Leitch is the frontrunner, perhaps that says something about what Fox are after.
