Destiny's Next Expansion Confirmed As The Taken King Thanks To Red Bull

A few weeks ago, Bungie trademarked the name The Taken King, leaving many to speculate that it would be the next content update for Destiny.

It turns out that the many were right by the looks of it. Thanks to a Red Bull sponsorship deal, it looks like the new expansions title has been confirmed. Here's a picture showing the promotion, thanks to Reddit.

I'd assume that this is the Comet expansion that was rumoured to have leaked a few months back. That means we can probably expect something that is much more substantial than what the last two expansions have been. I'm having a great time with House of Wolves right now though so I'm real excited about a lot more Destiny.
