DICE Share A New Photo Showing Off A In Atmosphere Star Destroyer

I have no doubt that Star Wars: Battlefront is going to be a gorgeous game. DICE have always been technical wizards and find ways to get a lot out of home consoles.

Having said that, I'm still continually impressed by what I see out of screenshots of the game. Granted, we haven't seen gameplay yet, but if the game is as pretty as the prereleased photos suggest, this could be one of the best looking games out there.

This new image released by EA seems to follow that trend. It shows a Star Destroyer in atmosphere on Sullust, undoubtedly ready to unleash some sort of hell.

I'm still not entirely sure what the function of the Star Destroyer is yet, if it even has one. I reckon it will, at the very least, be a home base for the Empire. If you can bring it down to the ground as the Rebels though, that would be a sight to behold.
