Fox Gives Official Pilot Order for Lucifer

Lucifer16Fox has given an official pilot order for Lucifer based on the DC Comics character. Coming from the combined effort of Jerry Bruckheimer Television, Aggressive Mediocrity and Warner Bros. TV, the series follows the Lord of Hell as he gives up his throne and heads to Los Angeles where he helps the LAPD catch and punish criminals.

It is based on the Vertigo comic series created by Neil Gaiman, Sam Kieth and Mike Dringenberg. The pilot was written by Tom Kapinos and will be directed by Len Wiseman who will also executive produce.
