Jamie Chung Joins Gotham As Valerie Vale

JamieChungWord from TV Line is that Jamie Chung (Once Upon A Time, Sucker Punch) is joining Gotham as Valerie Vale when the show returns for it's third season. Vale will be a new reporter hired by the Gotham Gazette who is hellbent on finding out the truth about Indian Hill. The recurring character will be setting her sights on Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie).. whether that is just in a professional way or not remains to be seen.

You might have guessed by the name, Valerie will be the aunt of Vicki Vale, the investigative reporter that ends up a love interest for Bruce Wayne in the comics.

This is added to what we already know about the new season which includes getting a more adult Poison Ivy, the Bruce doppleganger and that we'll get the Mad Hatter at some point… season three looks like it's going to be very busy.
