Leprechaun Returns Hits Digital and Streaming December 11, Check Out a Poster
Leprechaun Returns debuts on streaming next month, and while Warwick Davis is no longer the actor under the make-up, the franchise continues. Featuring the Leprechaun from the original 1993 film, he returns to menace a sorority house who awakens him at the bottom of the well from the end of that first film. Rhymes, jokes, and mayhem ensue. Linden Porco plays the part this time around, with Steven Kostanski directing. A poster from the film was revealed by Arrow in the Head, which you can find below with the synopsis and a teaser that has been running on Syfy for while.
The deadly, wisecracking Leprechaun is back in all his gory glory. When the sorority sisters of the Alpha Upsilon house decide to go green and use an old well as their water source, they unwittingly awaken a pint-sized, green-clad monster. The Leprechaun wants a pot of gold buried near the sorority house, but first, he must recover his powers with a killing spree—and only the girls of AU can stop him.
Here is a teaser for the film, which will premiere on Syfy in 2019:
