Luke Cage Meets Danny Rand For The First Time
In a Facebook Live chat, Mike Colter talked about Marvel's Luke Cage while guests kept popping up on the screen. First he was visited by Krysten Ritter who he teamed with for Marvel's Jessica Jones. Then Finn Jones popped up, letting everyone know he was in New York filming the Marvel's Iron Fist finale. This was the first time the two actors had met. Jeph Loeb appeared next to say a few nice things and mentioned that he was at that point on the set of Marvel's Punisher and that he was heading to the Iron Fist set after. Finally, Colter was joined by new daddy Charlie Cox from Marvel's Daredevil. All seem excited about working together on the upcoming Marvel's The Defenders.
The interesting thing here is the mention that Punisher is already filming, which we had a hint of the other day when photos of Jon Bernthal hit the web and we got word of a few more castings today. But it wasn't 100% that Bernthal was working on Marvel's Punisher, he could have been doing a cameo for one of the other series. But with it in production and The Defenders not starting for a little while, it seems likely that the Punisher will appear sometime in 2017 and not wait for 2018.
