WWE Superstar John Cena has filmed a commercial for Bill Gates promoting the Gates Foundation's efforts to eradicate polio. But as Cena learns, he can't simply give polio an attitude adjustment and kill its main event push.

Well, okay, maybe he could, but we'll save that for a last resort. Though there's no cure for the disease, it can be stopped by vaccines, which have already done a great job of reducing polio to its lowest population ever. But Cena and Gates want to eliminate polio so that you can't see it at all.
