X-Men: Days of Future Past is taking its marketing global – and not just in the form of Youtube clips that actually allow people outside of the US to play them.
No, the actual stars of the film – and not just supporting players either, we're talking Ian McKellen, Patrick Stewart, Hugh Jackman, Jennifer Lawrence and the like – will be embarking on a worldwide premiere tour, taking them not only to the usual stops like Los Angeles and New York and London, but places like Beijing, Melbourne and Sao Paulo as well.
The cast will convene following the New York premiere, and then split up, with Michael Fassbender, James McAvoy, Peter Dinklage, Ellen Page, Fan Bingbing, Omar Sy and Nicholas Hoult also on globe-trotting duty, to hit various major cities across the world.
The details are in the video below featuring McAvoy, Fassbender and Jackman. All this star-studded hoopla must be a good distraction from… something else.
