Devil May Cry 5 certainly leaves an impression. What felt like a franchise unable to come back from the brink, now feels like one with a future.

XCOM 2 Gameplay Surfaces After E3
I got to see a bunch of XCOM 2 at E3 this year, and… well, it was a lot of XCOM. It is pretty much what you would expect from a sequel to the game, only this time, it had a lot more scripted 'cut-scene' type interjections. If they work as advertised, that is exactly the kind of story building I will fall head over heels for.
You can see exactly what I am talking about right here. This is the bulk of what I saw and shows the now underground XCOM movement trying to bring down a statue.
