From a reviewer's standpoint though, this was a lot of "been there, done that" and I was expecting something different While heart-breaking, that it ran the route I was epecting did a lot to undercut the emotional wallop I was hoping for and expecting Thankfully, Bomer and Clements have a chemsitry that rose above the[...]

Bleeding Cool is back with our second review The Walking Dead Supply Drop box (for a look back on our thoughts on the previous box, check out our review here), and let just cut to the chase before we look at the individual items: this is as impressive a subscription box as the first one we received,[...]
He learns pretty quickly, as Alpha not only offered up Alden and Luke for the chopping block but proved she was willing to sacrifice a baby to the walkers… just because she can.
It's a sacrifice Daryl isn't willing to make, and though he knows giving Lydia back to Alpha is a mistake… this round goes[...]

I had two options to go with for my review of "Rise Above", the latest episode of SYFY's deliriously tasty Deadly Class First one would be to do my standard light summary with a little commentary My second option? Just quote French Stewart's Scorpio Slasher… whose every freaking line had me giggling like a demented[...]

We're not in a position to talk about partnerships in terms of other territories or ancillary windows, other than that there's a healthy appetite for it and we've had a number of conversations with a lot of players in the space."

Welcome to Bleeding Cool's review and recap of ABC's The Goldbergs, beginning with the Kevin-Smith directed 17th episode of season 6, "Our Perfect Strangers" – which was pure Smith nostalgia.
The long-running sitcom centers on a family living in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania in the 1980s: Beverly Goldberg (Wendi McLendon-Covey), the over-protective head of the family; Murray Goldberg (Jeff Garlin),[...]

● We saw what you did there with the Carl reference, Enid – smooth move.
● Henry is 127% more interesting when he's with Lydia – a compliment to McClincy's performance.
● "Maybe we're done losing for awhile." – Ezekiel to Carol (…zoinks…)
Now that a good number[...]
As we can see in the following preview for this week's episode "Bounty," Alpha wants her daughter back – and she's not leaving a lot of room to negotiate.
While Daryl and Alpha are having a meeting of the minds, Carol (Melissa McBride) and Ezekiel (Khary Payton) are on a mission for the Kingdom[...]
Ed Mercer (Seth MacFarlane) sees little choice but to travel to Kaylon to take their emissary Isaac in hopes for a recovery.
The episode offers a contrast between what is within one's nature (Isaac and the Kaylons) compared to the Orville and the Planetary Union's influence on him.
In previous reviews, I often questioned the show's motives. Is[...]
To be clear, it won't be much of a competition because (A) it's the Oscars, even if it is a dumpster fire; and (2) The Walking Dead doesn't "do" same-day ratings anymore, anyway.
Still, we have to appreciate the good faith effort made by TWD showrunner Angela Kang's crew to throw a little love at their[...]
James Woods thinks AMC's 'The Walking Dead' has become too "all chick" - Michael Cudlitz and Jeffrey Dean Morgan have serious issues with that...
In my review of the opener, I explained how I was impressed with the way the pilot for the 15-episode series checked off all the important boxes on my pilot scorecard Even more than that, it surprised me in ways that swim upstream from the current wave of "grim-n-gritty superhero teams" and helped set itself apart[...]

Drawing a direct parallel to the film from professional wrestling isn't entirely off-base: it tells a story that's not entirely true (things are embellished and over-emphasized for dramatic effect), but people involved have enough heart to win over the crowd and make something that in lesser hands might have been trite or silly.

About a week ago, Nintendo dropped a pretty awesome bombshell on us when they revealed Tetris 99 for Nintendo Switch to play free on their service Like pretty much everyone else reviewing this game, the first thought on our mind was "oh, they made a battle royale version of Tetris." Which isn't a bad[...]
