Bad Bunny to Perform Booker T Live at WWE Royal Rumble

Greetings, comrades! It is I, your El Presidente, reporting to you live from the top of the U.S. Senate dome where I am about to rappel down from the ceiling and dramatically deliver the articles of impeachment for former President Donald Trump to Chuck Schumer. But before I do that, let me just share with you this exciting news from the world of pro wrestling, my friends! WWE announced today that multi-platinum recording artist and a close personal friend of mine, Bad Bunny, will perform his hit song Booker T at the Royal Rumble this Sunday.

The 2021 WWE Royal Rumble takes place on January 31st and will feature a live performance by Bad Bunny.

From the press release, comrades:

WWE (NYSE: WWE) today announced that multi-platinum recording artist and international superstar Bad Bunny will perform his hit single "Booker T" off his new album "El Último Tour Del Mundo" live for the first time at Royal Rumble this Sunday, January 31 streaming live on WWE Network at 7 pm ET.
"Performing at the Royal Rumble is a childhood dream come true," said Bad Bunny. "I have been a lifelong fan of WWE and I am excited to take the stage and entertain fans around the world."

"Bad Bunny is at the top of the music industry, and a pop culture icon with strong ties to WWE and our fans around the world," said Neil Lawi, Senior Vice President and General Manager, WWE Music Group. "We are thrilled to provide a global platform for his first-ever live performance of 'Booker T' as we kick off the road to WrestleMania®."

Bad Bunny has taken over the global music scene as one of the most respected and talented singer-songwriters and producers of this generation. Declared the #1 artist globally of 2020 by Spotify, he has won multiple Latin Grammy Awards, American Music Awards and Billboard Music Awards for Best Reggaeton Performance, Artist of the Year and Top Latin Album of the Year among others.

Bad Bunny's most recent and third album of 2020, "El Último Tour Del Mundo" debuted at #1 on the "Billboard 200" chart, the first all-Spanish-language album to reach #1 in the 64-year history of the all-genre chart, as well as #1 on Apple Music's global "Top Albums" chart for all genres.

When I first heard the news, I was totally flabbergasted, comrades! Dios mio, I said, what is this? Bad Bunny is not a Nu Metal band, comrades. His heydey wasn't twenty years ago. How did he get stuck with this gig? Then I remembered he's a huge fan of pro wrestling, comrades. Almost as big a fan as El Presidente himself! Haw haw haw haw!

In any case, it looks like, for once, I will not have to mute the television when WWE has a musical act on a PPV. Until next time, my friends: socialism or death!

El PresidenteAbout El Presidente

After a successful fourteen-year career as a South American dictator, El Presidente faked his own death in 2013 in order to pursue his two true passions: rigging American elections for Joe Biden, and wrestling dirt sheet reporting. Since opportunities to rig the election for Joe Biden were few and far between until recently, El Presidente mostly focused on the wrestling dirt sheet reporting, where he became one of the best in the business. Unfortunately, the American CIA sabotaged his 1-900 hotline, the pinnacle of his country's wrestling news technology, and imperialist hacks like Meltzer, Johnson, Sapp, and Satin took all the credit on their stupid websites. Finally, El Presidente has found a way to break into the American market by becoming a Bleeding Cool contributor, so get ready for the spread of great wrestling news and socialism, comrades!
