Marvel has announced that Doctor Who'sDavid Tennant will be joining the AKA Jessica Jones series on Netflix. Tennant will be playing villain Zebediah Killgrave, The Purple Man. Killgrave has the ability through pheromones to control people mind's when they are physically close to him. He also has a sped up healing factor… and of course he's purple. No word if the purple skin will be part of Tennant's portrayal.
The series stars Krysten Ritter as Jessica Jones a former superhero suffering from PTSD and trying to rebuild her life as a private detecrtive. The series will have a 13-episode run on Netflix sometime after the Daredevil series starring Charlie Cox and Vincent D'Onofrio.
