The Walking Dead Pays Tribute To Bernie Wrightson

Last night, during the seventh season finale of The Walking Dead, the show paid tribute to comic and horror legend Bernie Wrightson who passed away on March 18th. This isn't the first time the show paid homage to the talented artist. Back in 2015 a Wrightson zombie was designed by Greg Nicotero.

 

 

It's only fitting that the man who influenced so much of what is horror today gets memorialized in a series that is influence horror on television for years to come.
