Jon Kent Has a Surprise for Damian Wayne in Superman #16 [Preview]

Superman #16 is in stores from DC Comics this week, from the creative team of "The Great One" Brian Bendis and David Lafuente, and we've got a preview below, liberated from a compliant DC media partner website.

The book is also available with a DCeased variant cover.

The issue starts with a flashback, Jonathan Kent sending his Super Sons buddy Damian a message from space, where he was at that time vacationing with his grandfather.

We then find Damian Wayne now, amidst his usual work…

…and in need of some backup.

It looks like backup has arrived, but there's a surprise for Damian.

As he meets Jon Kent for the first time since his aging.

And soon to be the new Superman? Superman #16 is in stores on Wednesday.
