Advance Reorders – A Contest Of Champion Trade Paperbacks
Greetings from the coal face of the direct comics market. Where retailers try to increase their orders of certain comics ahead of sale. Where supply and demand and most accurately reflected, where you can see which books are hot, where new orders are coming in and how retailers are reacting to new, unanticipated desire!
The Contest Of Champions trade paperback tops the charts as the new series is upon us. Of single, non-reprint issues, there's also a lot of excitement for the upcoming Batman Annual, especially in a week with not a lot of big comics. It's a similar story for Wonder Woman '77 Special #2 and Archie #3, which still seems to be selling well in the market after its big launch.
