Comic Stores Get Free Negan Lives Second Printings With Fire Power #2
Bleeding Cool told you that Image Comics and Skybound were reprinting The Walking Dead: Negan Lives #1 by Robert Kirkman and Charlie Adlard. But that while the first printing was sent free to retailers to sell as they wished, the second printing would cost. Well, that has been… clarified a little.
Because retailers will still get free copies of the second printing – as long as they also order the second issues of Robert Kirkman and Chris Samnee's new series, Fire Power.
If a retailer orders ten more copies of Fire Power #2 by the FOC date of this Monday, can order free quantities of Negan Lives #1 2nd Ptg to match. They can also order copies of the second printing for the usual price on top of that. Image Comics also notes that, unlike a number of other titles, Fire Power #2 will not be made returnable, just in case you were thinking of trying that trick. Oh and unlike the first printing, shipping charges will still apply. Nevertheless, it may be an incentive for retailers not to drop their Fire Power orders for the second issue – or even to increase them.
