Femforce Celebrates Independence Day in AC Comics' July 2018 Solicits

FEMFORCE # 183
As the country celebrates Independence Day this July, Femforce #183 marks a special tribute to FF leader MS. VICTORY!! After the full team (INCLUDING Ms. V.) dispenses with the offbeat miniature menace in "The Taming Of The Shrew" Part II (concluding the story that started last issue), AC's star-spangled star takes the spotlight in THREE separate solo stories that span the length and breadth of her crimefighting career: "The Fiendish Plot Of Dr. Noah" ( started in Femforce #182) concludes in a barn-burner of a battle written and laid out by Bill Black with finished art by Dan Gorman and Jeff Austin, followed by "Bang For Your Buck" wherin MS. V must contend with mysterious missiles armed with deadly Element X, the evil Dr. Sasha AND a callback to days fighting in the 1970's; written by Mark Holmes with art by the Italian sensation Paolo Bodini; and finally "To Serve Many"- MS. V stops a domestic terrorist cell with the help of an old ally from World War II, written by Andrew Hawnt, with art by returning fan-favorite Jacob Bear. Then, when a misguided scientist's study goes terribly wrong (that happens a LOT, doesn't it?) STARDUST must confront a …living being(?) that brings the worst nightmares of any human it encounters to life in "A Matter Of Matter", also written by Andrew Hawnt, with art by Francesco Savi. Then, in a tale set in the Old West, the one-time outlaw The BLACK PHANTOM stops a lynching, uncovers the love triangle behind a murder in "Hang "Em High", written by Mark Holmes with art by Eric Van Elslande. Plus, additional stories starring NIGHTVEIL, TARA, and SHE-CAT each fighting on their own, featuring artists including David Matsuoka, Silvano Bergamo, Javier Lugo, Chris Dreier and talented newcomer Florentino Cuevas IV.
