Why Is Bloodshot Called Bloodshot Anyway?

Hannah Means-Shannon earlier liveblogged the Diamond Retailer Breakfast at New York Comic Con.

Valiant  showed off some of the colour artwork from the new Bloodshot Reborn series.

We'd previously seen this art by Mico Suayan in black and white. With Valiant emphasising how "controversial" this comic would be, the colour art might suggest that would revolve around violence

But the black-and-white? It's all about the drugs, man. And a little violence.

And now we know why Bloodshot is so bloodshot… have you seen his eyes?
