Emotes And New Maps On The Way For 'Friday The 13th'

Along with the news of eliminating the team-killing option from most online play, Friday The 13th: The Game is about to get some new features and additions that might add some excitement and humor to the game after they sucked all the joy out of randomly killing friends. Below are a pair of tweets they sent out this week showing off that emotes and smaller maps are going to be coming in the next update.

While that's cool and all, it also makes for another way for people to be complete jerks in the game. Yeah, they can't shoot you, but that can't stop them from constantly giving you a "thumbs up" emote as they watch you get hacked to pieces by a Jason that just won't leave the car alone. No date was given for the update, nor were any other options added to it, so we'll just have to wait and see when the devs decide to throw it into the game.
