Harry Potter: Wizards Unite Sets April 2021 Community Day Details

April 2021's Community Day is happening tomorrow in Harry Potter: Wizards Unite. Starting April 17th at 12:01 AM, this monthly event in Niantic's game which continues J. K. Rowling's novels will last for the full day, wrapping up at 11:59 PM local time. This is a decidedly battle-themed Community Day, with less of a focus on map spawns. Let's see what the Calamity is cooking up this month.

Niantic took to the official Harry Potter: Wizards Unite forum to announce the details for Community Day:

This Community Day, you can look forward to the following:

Guaranteed Owl Lecturn from Forest Chamber III, Portrait of a Wild Boar from Forest Chamber V, Cursed Opal Necklace from Dark Chamber II, Tom Riddle Gravestone from Dark Chamber V. (Note: These rewards will not be displayed in the Possible Rewards preview but will be guaranteed as long as the player who starts the Wizarding Chamber is in the Community Day event.)

Master Notes will reduce brew time for Healing Potions by 50%.

A special 1km Portmanteau that rewards House Hourglass.

There will also be, as with every Harry Potter: Wizards Unite Community Day, a Special Assignment. Ahead of the event kicking off, here are the full tasks and rewards for the assignment, which much be completed before the end of the event to claim the bonus rewards.

• Use 12 Potions (Any): 25 Spell Energy
• Earn 6500 Wizarding XP from Wizarding Challenges: 1 Invigoration Draught
• Return 3 Owl Lecturns from Forest Chamber III: 6 Bitterroot
• Return 2 Wild Boar Portraits from Forest Chamber IV: 1 Strong Exstimulo Potion
• Return 2 Cursed Opal Necklace from Dark Chamber II: 1 Potent Exstimulo Potion
• Return 1 Tom Riddle Sr. Gravestone from Dark Chamber V: 1 Silver Key
• Bonus Rewards: 3 Restricted Section Books, 3 Spell Books, 200 XP, 40 Coins, 20 Spell Energy
