Hideo Kojima Says Death Stranding Has Entered An "Important Phase"
Trying to get any information about Death Stranding is like pulling teeth from a mile away, but occasionally, Hideo Kojima will pop up and give some updates. Overnight, Kojima took to Twitter to express just where the game currently sits in regards to development, and he says the game has hit an "important phase". Below is a translation of his tweet which comes with the fun of seeing a Kojima doll looking down at a PS4 controller.
DS is not in the stage of difficulty adjustment and debugging yet, but is putting together the parts of the tool and the parts made on the development machine into one game. While I am playing the game directly on the actual PS4 machine, I connected the parts, corrected the operation feeling, the direction, the specifications, the problems, and the process of doing the fleshing and scraping. Important phase
Of course, since we don't know how big Death Stranding is or how far along they've actually come or anything in regards to playability, we're kinda stuck in a situation where we have to take his word on the matter that it's all progressing nicely. We'll see if they decide to reveal anymore more about the game at the Tribeca Film Festival during their presentation next month.
