Nintendo Shows Off A Limited Edition Metroid 3DS

Earlier this morning, Nintendo took to their Twitter account to show off a brand new 3DS XL model, this one being a special Metroid edition to go with the game Metroid: Samus Returns. Have a gander!

This version of the portable device is set for release on September 15th. Beyond the fact that it is a Metroid version that probably comes with the game, nothing else is mentioned that makes this version any different from other 3DS. That being said, the rust-colored look and the Samus decal are pretty awesome and will probably go fast to adoring fans and collectors. The price tag on it is going to be $200, most likely at retailers like Best Buy and GameStop.
