Blizzard Has Started Selling Tickets for the Overwatch World Cup
If you're interested in watching the Overwatch World Cup take place this year, there are a few options for you across the globe. Blizzard has released details to the public about ticket sales for the group stages, which will be spread out to four locations.
The U.S. will host in Los Angeles at, where else, the Blizzard Arena. For the other three, South Korea's will be held at the Studio Paradise in Incheon, the Thailand events will be held at the Royal Paragon Hall in Bangkok, and the France rounds will be held at the Espace Grande Arche in Puteaux. Below are a few extra details on the events, and you can head over here to purchase tickets.
The Group Stage is traveling to Incheon, Los Angeles, Bangkok, and Paris, from mid-August through late September. Each will play host to that country's home team and five visiting teams, over three days of intense competition. Two teams from each Group Stage will punch their tickets to the Overwatch World Cup Top 8 at BlizzCon in November. Whether you're planning on traveling to a Group Stage event with friends, or coming to celebrate with your local Overwatch community, we can't wait to see you there!
