Samsung Gaming Hub Announces New Partner Program

Samsung announced this morning they are launching a brand new partner program with products specifically designed for the Gaming Hub. The company will now partner up with others to create products that have been specifically made to work with their cloud gaming system and series of Smart TVs to give players who utilize both a wider range of options that can easily be connected to their device. The first big reveal, which will be on display at CES 2024, is the new PDP Replay Wireless Controller, which will be the first "Designed for Samsung Gaming Hub" product to be released later this year. This new controller, which you can see here, will come with a built-in rechargeable battery that will last up to 40 hours of playtime per charge. The controller will have a 30-foot range low-latency Bluetooth wireless connection, a Gaming Hub home button that can launch it immediately, a TV volume and power control button, and some other features to come out later. Essentially, you'll be able to game with options for it to be a hybrid remote control for the TV. We have more info below, as you can see at the event from January 9-12.

Starting this year, players will see the "Designed for Samsung Gaming Hub" badge, which designates the product has been tested for compatibility, quality, performance, safety and security on Samsung devices. Accessories displaying this badge guarantee the best possible game streaming experience on Samsung Gaming Hub, regardless of the supported Samsung device players choose. Samsung continues to give gamers more choice in how they play, from the devices they use – including Smart TVs, Odyssey Monitors, and the Freestyle 2nd Gen portable projector with Gaming Hub built-in – to stream their games to the expansion of the Gaming Hub ecosystem and consistently offering innovative products and experiences that players love.
