The Hieroglyphics In 'Assassins Creed: Origins' Are Real & Readable

An interesting little story that made its way around Twitter and then got picked up by Polygon this week, it appears the devs for Assassins Creed: Origins actually did their homework to make the game as authentic as possible. Claire Manning, who has actually studied the Ptolemeic era of Egypt's history, took to her Twitter account to point out that advertisements in Austrailia are not only readable, but they actually make sense. We have part of her thread below, but we highly suggest heading over to her feed and giving the entire subject matter a read. And while you're there, favorite her stuff!
