Fallout 4 Voice Actors Have Record 13,000 Lines Of Dialogue Each
We all knew Fallout 4 was going to be a huge game. If you didn't, well then, you aren't familar with Bethesda Softwork's open world pedigree. The studio is known for producing incredibly deep and details spaces to exist in, full of story and characters.
To give you an idea of just how big your adventure into the wastes might be, game director Todd Howard recently gave a hint in an interview with the Telegraph:
A lot of games have voiced characters, but what they don't want to give up is all the dialogue options. So for us a lot of it was logistical. The voice actors have been recording for 2 years, they've each done over 13,000 lines of dialogue. So to be able to do that makes the difference; you still have choice.
For the record, 13,000 lines for a single protagonist in one game…well, it is a lot. It's nearly impossible to speculate an hour mark from it, as this doesn't even account for all the side activities, but I would be surprised if you had seen even most of the game after 100 hours based on that number.
We will see.
