McFarlane Toys Might've Let Slip That Titanfall 2 Is Coming This Year
EA have announced that Titanfall 2 is currently set to come out sometime before March 31st 2017. Most people assumed that meant we'd be getting it some time in early 2017.
But it seems perhaps there is a chance we could see it this year. As spotted by Polygon, McFarlane Toys are going to be making Titanfall toys that are set to come 'Winter 2016.' It was also suggested these would be launching alongside the game.
EA have commented to Gamespot, but not much can be gleaned, as they said:
MacFarlane Toys will be releasing toys inspired by Titanfall in Winter of 2016. We have yet to provide a release date for the next Titanfall experience from Respawn.
Is it possible Titanfall 2 launches this year? Maybe. I don't see where it fits on EA's schedule with Mass Effect: Andromeda and the next Battlefield expected to launch in the same time frame. If one of those move though, and more likely the latter, it's entirely possible.
