Executive Producer Andrew Kreisberg talks about the newest rogue to be introduce in this week's episode of The Flash called Rogue Time. Both Captain Cold and Heatwave return as The Flash starts reliving his day over after jumping back in time. But the duo of villains bring along Snart's little sister The Golden Glider played by Peyton List. So dealing with time travel and three rogues is going to be an interesting day for Barry Allen.

The Flash airs Tuesdays at 8 pm on the CW.
