Bullock And Cobblepot Finding Their Place In Gotham City

We are 9 days away from the return of Gotham for its third season on Fox. In the two promo clips below we get an idea of where both Harvey Bullock (Donal Logue) and Oswald Cobblepot (Robin Lord Taylor) are at as the new season begins. There's a time jump as things kick off… Jim Gordon is a bounty hunter, Captain Barnes has recovered and the Penguin is making a more public move to take over the city.

Gotham returns September 19th.
