The Flash Helps Shoppers Get The Hell Out Of Walmart Quickly In New Commercial
In a new TV ad cross-promoting the Justice League movie, The Flash puts his superpowers to use for the most important task he's ever undertaken: helping Walmart shoppers get what they need so they can get the hell out of there before the store's soul-crushing misery does permanent damage.
The add is set to "I Need A Hero" by Bonnie Tyler, and never has that song been more true than in this commercial, as helpless Walmart customers are trapped in the store, looking for school supplies that are probably not on their proper shelves. Only the speed of the Fastest Man Alive can possibly save these distressed shoppers, and, luckily, The Flash is there to answer the call.
Of course, like any superhero story, certain details remain unrealistic. The Walmart pictured in the ad is clean and well organized, for instance, the shoppers are smiling, and nobody, as far as we can tell, smells of days-old urine. Still, the drama in the commercial is intense.
Get out of there, people! Flash! Flash, you have to save them!
Check out the commercial below. Justice League hits theaters in November.
