The Flash – Road Trip To Gorilla City
We've got some tidbits of things for the return of the Flash, which happens on January 24th at 8 PM on the CW.
We know that we'll be getting to see new characters like Gypsy and someone who looks like the Accelerated Man from Earth-19.
We also know that Jesse Quick will be returning pretty early on and that we are in no way done with Savitar.
And though we knew it was coming since back in August, we now know that David Sobolov, the voice of Drax on Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy, is teasing his return as the voice of Gorilla Grodd. Which means we're getting close to the 2-part Gorilla City story that was hinted at during the summer.
It's likely that Savitar and Grodd may be going head to head and that all of the above characters come together at the same time. That Savitar will challenge Grodd. And that we'll finally get Cisco Ramon in the Vibe suit.
The first episode of the return focuses on Barry Allen trying to change the future and taking on the new villain Plunder. I'd expect the Gorilla City story to kick off shortly after.
