A few weeks ago, we ran the report that an Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. spinoff was possibly in the works, focusing on agents Bobbi Morse and Lance Hunter, and while that rumor seems to have been well-founded, another one is surfacing via Deadlinethat in the wake of Agent Carter and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. renewals, things have gotten rather quiet about the proposed spinoff.
Deadline cites a "no comment" from ABC on the subject. It's worth noting that things may change, and even at short notice, on this matter, and that this may be that things have slowed down rather than fully stopped on developing such a spinoff. With Carter and S.H.I.E.L.D. returning, at least fans have plenty to celebrate for the time being.
