New Teaser Trailer and Poster for the Live-Action Remake of The Lion King
Disney is having a pretty good night at the Academy Awards since Black Panther has won two awards and counting. There are also three live-action remakes of classic movies coming out next year and the last one to hit theaters is the remake of The Lion King. We've only seen a little bit of the movie so far and Disney dropped a new teaser trailer and poster during the awards ceremony.
We'll be seeing more of this movie as the summer gets closer, but the animation looks absolutely stunning so far. There is also a chance that this isn't the final version that we'll be seeing on the big screen later this year.
The Lion King, directed by Jon Favreau, stars Donald Glover, Beyonce, Billy Eichner, Seth Rogen, Alfre Woodard, and John Oliver. It will be released on July 19th, 2019.
